Schönes Hotel im traditionellen englischen Stil. Sehr hilfbereites, immer sauber und korrekt gekleidetes Personal. Die Lage ist optimal. Der Garten, der Pool und die Poolbar sind sehr gut gepflegt und sehr schön. Insgesamt ist das Hotel sehr sauber. Die im Restaurant angebotenen Speisen sind gut und werden offenbar jeweils frisch zubereitet.

Leider funktioniert an den Handwaschbecken im Zimmer das Warmwasser nicht. Das Frühstück ist zwar überschaubar, aber insgesamt gut und ausreichend.

Localização excelente, funcionários muito gentis e um ótimo café da manhã. Um dia tive que me levantar muito cedo para um safári, e eles abriram o serviço de café da manhã antes do tempo para mim. Todos são muito prestativos. Me senti muito bem nesse hotel.

Os quartos e banheiro estão um pouquinho antiquados. Nada que tenha prejudicado minha estadia.

The breakfast could have been a bit better. There's a lot of variety but the quality was often not great - some pastries were a bit stale. It's also very much a seminar hotel with lots of business guests so maybe that's something to keep in mind when booking a tourist vacation

The Jacaranda is great - it has a very nice garden and pool area with a lot of nice greenery that makes the place very relaxing and peaceful.

The rooms were just ok, seemed a bit old and out of date.

I kept missing the breakfast :') I like to sleep till late, but I travelled with a client; and he didn't have any complains about it when I asked.

The room/s does not have a bidet. This is my only negative point about staying at Jacaranda; which is usually where I stay if I am in Nairobi for business.

Good location close to 2 large shopping malls. Room was clean and comfortable but a bit noisy but this is because it’s busy location. Staff were excellent and helpful, especially Mary on reception and Joseph. Safe and secure property.

The room was a bit small but the bed was big and very comfortable!
