La recepción muy antipáticas, ni guns habla español. Estando en el hotel me hicieron un cargo en la tarjeta de crédito sin autorización. Me devolvieron el dinero a la segunda vez que me quejé, me dijo que habían sido un error. Pero ya de vuelta me han cobrado 60$ también sin autorización, según ellos propinas. Teníamos el desayuno incluido. Le dimos propina en efectivo a los camareros que nos atendieron y fueron amables. Pero que te hagan un cargo sin permiso es un robo, he contactado varías veces con el hotel y no me dan solución. Si me lo devuelven editaré la reseña.

Tiene sólo dos ascensores lentos que se comparten con los servicios de limpieza y a veces alguno no funciona. Incómodo para subir y bajar varios pisos. El aire acondicionado es antiguo y ruidoso. Debido a su mal funcionamiento y nos cambiaron de habitación luego de la primer noche. El personal amable y eficiente hizo lo que pudo en un hotel con algunos problemas de mantenimiento por antigüedad.

El aire condicionado no funcionaba bien. Cuando se encendía iba a máxima potencia y hacía micho frío. Me quejé pero no lo solucionaron. La habitación olía mucho a humedad. El desayuno era pobre en variedad. En recepción ponía que había agua y no la hubo ningún día, al quejarme de ello no me hicieron caso
