The view out my wi dow was not so lovely, but I wasn't in the room that much.

Breakfast was pretty good, the staff was really friendly. Room was small but very good! I have no complains!

The hotel is a great cost benefit value.

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful and the room was decent with a good view. Location was central and convenient - I’d been a bit anxious about proximity to the TL but it was fine!

The room wasn’t quite as clean as I’d expect from CitzenM eg another guest’s old make up (foundation) on the hair dryer, dust on surfaces like the windowsill, book shelf and desk and the towels were a bit old. There was also a drain smell coming from the shower which made the bathroom much less pleasant.

Not your traditional hotel room .The tiny room size is not for everyone….better for young and slim … and the pillows are hard, but very modern and clean.
