经理Lang是一个可怕的人，不适合从事酒店行业（她可能适合当监狱看守），所有员工都拒绝透露她的姓，我觉得很奇怪。Lang对我和我的朋友说话很粗鲁，甚至在其他顾客面前继续对我们大声喊叫。他们感到尴尬并离开了。我觉得我必须为自己和我的朋友辩护，因为她太粗鲁了，在任何酒店世界中从未经历过这种情况。
