Manager Lang is a horrible person and does not belong in hospitality(she would be ideal as a prison guard)all staff refused to give her surname which i found odd. Lang spoke rudely to my friend and I and actually continued to shout at us even infront of other customers. They felt awkward and left. I felt like I had to defend myself and my friend because she was so rude and never experienced this in any hotel world over.

FYI, check out the same day, check in, not done properly, and A.C. not cooling, balcony door locked not working properly, no towels in room, room dirty.
