It was quite noisy from the toilet pumps. It could clearly be heard from the other rooms. Also the window out to the road needed noise insulation. It was very clear to hear all the sounds from the road.

Really enjoyed our stay our favourite so far on our trip. No tea or coffee in your room. But we were close to everything it was okay.
The staff is really friendly and helpful. The place is perfect within Florence (everything is in a walking distance) and the room was exactly what we were expecting from. Very centered in the city and with a perfect perfect view. They also offered us coffee so bonus points ⭐️

The bathroom was a little bit small but nothing problematic. The only thing that bothered me was that the wooden blinds did not block entirely the light. But this is only a problem for me that I can’t sleep well with the minimum light in the room, for example it did not bother at all my boyfriend - so I think it is just a matter of personal choice. I would definitely book again here ☺️
