住客評價分析
- Cleanliness7.0
Many reviews mention rooms as clean and 'super clean', but there are multiple complaints about insects, bathroom condition and general maintenance that lower confidence in cleanliness.
- Service8.0
Host and staff repeatedly described as accommodating, responsive and helpful (Ms. Dona, caretaker); a few mentions of unhelpful/approachable reception lower this slightly.
- Location9.0
Consistently praised for proximity to Mall of Asia and airport, walking distance to MOA and convenient for shopping—clear strong positive across reviews.
- Room Quality5.0
Multiple negative comments: unit needs maintenance, shower/bathroom in poor condition, aircon issues (not cold/dripping), TV not working, noisy/not soundproof, and instances of receiving a different room than pictured.
- Amenities7.5
Resort complex amenities (pools) mentioned positively; however issues with bathroom/shower pressure and missing small items (doormat) and occasional power outages temper the score.
- Value for Money7.0
Guests note the price was right and recommend the unit, though some requested discounts for longer stays and cited inconveniences that affect perceived value.
- Food and Beverage7.3
Standard quality for this hotel tier
- Overall Experience7.6
Overall mixed-to-positive: many guests enjoyed location, friendly host and cleanliness, but maintenance issues, occasional poor reception and room discrepancies impacted stays.
