great location in quiet and pretty neighborhood, close to transit, nice friendly hosts with great communication of check-in, clean modern room, coffee and mini fridge in room, large tv with roku. So convenient to have Safeway and several restaurants nearby on Granville st. Very comfortable overall. affordable price when surge pricing made downtown hotels extremely expensive due to concerts the weekend we stayed.

The room had good amenities provided, particularly a hot water kettle, coffee maker, and fridge. Entry to the house and room were very straightforward. It was convenient to the airport. The nearby parks were very nice.

Marvelous place to stay in Vancouver. Clean, comfortable with a kitchen for cooking and complimentary coffee in the morning. Close to transit, supermarket, restaurants and banking. Chris was a superb host who was extremely helpful and addressed any small issues. Definitely recommended.
