Funcionários com conhecimento de inglês limitado, recebi toalha rasgada, camareiras não lavam copos e canecas do quarto de um dia para outro, cheiro de cigarro no quarto, apesar de ser quarto para não fumantes.

Very poorly maintained

The location was fantastic — right in the Dongcheng hutong area, close to the metro and within walking distance of several attractions, which saved us a lot of transfer time. Breakfast covered all the basics and was enough to start the day well, and the staff were consistently helpful with local tips.

Nothing major — rooms were a bit compact, and the breakfast selection could be a little more varied, but it didn't affect the overall experience.

Generally courteous staff. Some are super fast in their service in spite of language barrier. Didn't get his name but he was super helpful and quick in providing solutions

It is located on a lane and is difficult for taxis to come and go

Politeness of the staff, cleaning of rooms and hotel overall. Also the rooms has European like electricty sockets, so connecting european adapters or hair dryers is not problem. You don't need converter from EU to China wall sockets.

Καταπληκτικό δωμάτιο, πολύ άνετο, πολύ όμορφο μπάνιο, σύγχρονο και πεντακάθαρο. Το πρωινό πλούσιο με εναλλαγές. Δωρεάν παροχή πλυντήριο/στεγνωτηριο. Ωραίο προαύλιο για πρωινό καφέ και ένα τελευταίο βραδινό αναψυκτικό/ποτάκι. Σε εύκολη τοποθεσία.

Δεν είχε ψυγείο στο δωμάτιο και η επικοινωνία στα αγγλικά με τους υπαλλήλους ήταν εξαιρετικά δύσκολη. Ευτυχώς υπάρχουν εφαρμογές που κάπως βοήθησαν. Λίγο περιορισμένη η επιλογή σε ευρωπαϊκό πρωινό.
