I had mistakenly left some chocolates,brought from abroad,in the refrigerator.The next day,I called the reception and asked them to bring my chocolates to me,they said they would let me know,but they never got back to me.This is not the kind of behavior one expects from a good hotel.

The room I paid for was infested with small cockroaches,and the condition of the bathroom was even worse water was constantly dripping from the tap and the flush mechanism on the toilet was broken.It was a very unpleasant situation,I brought these issues to their attention,but they failed to fix them.
