Расположение удобное, недалеко от центра

В хостеле не было горячей воды. В первый день вообще никакой, в душе шла ледяная. Во второй день горячая вода якобы появилась, на самом деле она была чуть тёплая. Другие постояльцы сказали, уже месяц у них проблемы с водой. Персонал на ресепшене приветливостью не отличается, девушка на всё отвечает с раздражением: "нет", "не знаю". Уведомление о пребывании не делают, обманывают, что якобы оно делается только от 15 дней. Это неправда, в другом месте мне делали даже на 1 ночь. Это уведомление может быть нужно, если оформляете банковскую карту. Также в женской комнате не было локеров, девушка-администратор опять же с большим раздражением сказала, что никто ничего не тронет - мне бы такую уверенность в незнакомых людях 🤦 После одного дня ушла в другой хостел

1.hostel is dirty even the entrance 2.staff is rude..they dont even provide soap or handwash when empty 3.toilets are dirty..better pay lil xtra and stay at some other places

Amazing location, very kind staff and administration. There might be some misunderstandings before, and the past unfortunate incident was initiated and escalated by that customer, who got physical himself first. In general, the stay was perfect and I would recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable adventure in Almaty :)
