住客評價分析

• Cleanliness7.2

Generally praised for clean rooms and linens in multiple reviews, though a few guests reported a strange bathroom smell and occasional shortages of towels.

• Service9.0

Consistently highlighted as a strength: staff described as very friendly, helpful and attentive (several guests named specific staff members and praised their assistance).

• Location9.0

Frequent praise for the central Condesa location, easy walking access to parks, cafes and attractions; many guests called the location excellent or unbeatable.

• Room Quality7.0

Rooms noted as modern, comfortable and with good beds, but there are concerns about bathroom design (a raised step causing injury for one guest) and occasional odors.

• Amenities7.6

Guests appreciated amenities like a gym and 24-hour water/coffee availability; some negatives include an older elevator and occasional lack of towels.

• Value for Money8.6

Multiple reviewers explicitly cited very good value and strong price-to-quality ratio, though one reviewer's billing/factura policy complaint negatively affected perceived value.

• Food and Beverage8.0

Breakfast is frequently described as nice, generous and with plenty of options, but some guests noted missing items (napkins, Splenda/other sweeteners, black tea).

• Overall Experience8.4

Overall stays are positive with friendly staff, great location and comfortable rooms; a few significant issues (billing policy, bathroom step incident, occasional noise) reduced some guests' experiences.

住客評論

The hotel is lovely and the room far exceeded my expectations. Well kept, modern and big beds. The staff were great too and always helpful. The breakfast was also really nice with plenty of options. I think this hotel is fantastic value for money.
