Excellent location — close to everything we needed and to public transportation. Quiet rooms. Pleasant service throughout the stay. Nice lobby where you can relax, have tea or coffee, and get information about things to do in the area. The hotel was very helpful with communicating with our next hotel and arranging luggage delivery.

No bottled/drinking water in the room, and no clear access to water. Shower design could be improved — the shower head moves easily, taking the water with it, and the low shelf is easy to hit with your leg. The bathtub is very deep, which makes getting in and out feel somewhat unsafe. Laundry service is very expensive. There is a perfectly fine alternative at a laundromat inside an internet café, but for a hotel of this size and standard, I would expect a more affordable laundry option or laundry facilities for guests. Concierge availability could be clearer — when we asked for a massage recommendation in the afternoon, we were told to come back the next day when the concierge was working. It would have been helpful to know the concierge hours or have another way to get recommendations for local businesses.
