住客評價分析

• Cleanliness8.5

Generally praised: reviews mention good room and lobby cleaning and solid housekeeping, no widespread cleanliness complaints.

• Service9.2

Staff frequently described as friendly and very helpful (door staff and many reviews praise personnel); isolated comment about an unfriendly check-in does not reflect the majority.

• Location9.6

Excellent central location at the start of Temple Bar repeatedly highlighted as a major positive, ideal for nightlife and city exploration.

• Room Quality6.5

Multiple complaints about small rooms, very hot rooms and ineffective/no air conditioning, uncomfortable/very firm beds and noisy windows — consistent negative points across reviews.

• Amenities7.8

Mixed: good breakfast offering, underground restaurant and useful extras (to-go cups), but missing items noted (no handheld shower, no toilet brush, limited bathroom ventilation, some rooms lack AC).

• Value for Money8.6

Generally seen as good/excellent value by several guests, though a few guests felt it was not great value given room size/comfort — overall balanced at the target rating.

• Food and Beverage9.0

Breakfast repeatedly described positively (wonderful buffet, good selection of fruits and local foods); overall F&B receives strong praise.

• Overall Experience9.6

Overall impressions skew positive: superb central location, friendly staff and solid breakfast create a very good overall stay despite room size, noise and AC issues mentioned by several guests.
