It was dirty, stains on linen, the walls were patchwork, furniture falling apart, toilet seat doesn’t even match the toilet. Appalling. Actually checked out shortly after checking in and logged a cancellation and refund with Booking.com.

Stained bedding and towels. No complimentary coffee station or bathroom soap. We also had to ask for toilet paper. There is enough dining seating as some of the chairs were broken. The primary door is broken. The second on-suite bathroom shower door was broken. Out of the 3 tvs only 2 worked after having to ask for the correct plug. Not one of the tv remotes worked. The wifi kept on going on and off. The kitchen was basically unusable as there aren't enough cutlery, plates, cups or glasses for the amount of guests the room accommodates. There's no soap, sponges or kitchen towels to do the dishes with. The photos were definitely a few years ago as the place is currently in dire straits of maintenance. Unfortunately we can't recommend this place at all. As for a Boutique Hotel, I would rather call this a overnight motel/lodge.

Rooms and facilities will benefit from some repairs, in particular in the bathroom area. WiFi stability was not always good.
