住客評價分析

Cleanliness9.6
Frequently described as very clean with daily housekeeping and fresh towels; a few reports of dampness in rooms but overall cleanliness is praised.
Service9.4
Staff repeatedly called friendly, helpful and 'amazing' with attentive service noted (daily cleaning, small bottled water, welcoming personnel).
Location9.7
Consistently praised: excellent central location near Duval Street and the harbour, tucked away and quiet yet within walking distance to attractions.
Room Quality8.0
Mixed feedback: comfortable beds and spacious rooms for some, but issues reported with dampness, low water pressure, small rooms for families/sofa-bed discomfort, noisy AC and dated decor.
Amenities9.2
Pool, tropical garden, balcony/hammocks and on-site laundry are repeatedly praised; some comments suggest modernization/maintenance for pool railings and laundry equipment and request dehumidifiers in rooms.
Value for Money9.1
Standard quality for this hotel tier
Food and Beverage9.1
Standard quality for this hotel tier
Overall Experience8.7
Overall very positive — many guests call the stay perfect or highly recommend; a few practical issues (humidity, occasional small bugs, room size for families) lower the overall score slightly.
