Generally reported as very clean and well maintained in multiple reviews, though a few guests noted mold smell and peeling paint in one apartment.
- Service8.6
Staff repeatedly praised as helpful and friendly with easy check-in; one report of reception being hard to reach and slow response noted but overall service is positive.
- Location9.0
Many guests highlight a central, safe location close to sights, Fairmont Norfolk and restaurants — consistently a strong positive.
- Room Quality6.5
Mixed to negative: some spacious, well-equipped apartments but several reports of dated units, mold odor, peeling paint, plumbing issues, broken window and building/noise problems.
- Amenities7.5
Good kitchen facilities and a pleasant pool area noted, but slow/funny internet, unheated pool and some aging facilities reduce the score.
- Value for Money8.8
Frequently described as good value with spacious apartments and fair pricing — guests repeatedly cite strong value for money.
- Food and Beverage8.1
Standard quality for this hotel tier (little to no mention of food & beverage offerings in reviews).
- Overall Experience8.0
Overall positive impression (homely, comfortable, good staff and location) tempered by occasional maintenance, noise and internet issues.
