We spent our honeymoon in Vietnam and the last days of our trip at Hotel des Arts. The hotel is truly exceptional, the staff was very friendly, the food excellent, and for our honeymoon, we were also surprised with some great upgrades. Especially the concierge Andrew was very helpful and gave us great advice on our trips in Saigon. Thank you very much! I highly recommend the hotel.

The only negative point for me was that the staff almost exclusively approached my husband (for payments and organizational matters) even though the hotel was booked under my name and the contact was exclusively through me beforehand. I also noticed this in the service during breakfast or in the restaurant. It seems that there is still a very conservative view of women in this hotel. This was not the case in other hotels in Vietnam. Here, I would like to see a change. Still 10/10 as everything else was great.

The privatization of the roof top for a private evening of a company... too bad for the hotel guests.
