We stayed here only for one night on our way from Tamsui to Jiufen via Taipei. The location was good and the hotel was very nice. It was great having a free shuttle to pick us up and drop us off at the station. I liked our Japanese looking room and breakfast and staff were very friendly. Out of the whole Beitou which I didn't like very much, this hotel was very nice and the location was great.

We stayed here only for one night on our way from Tamsui to Jiufen via Taipei. The location was good and the hotel was very nice. It was great having a free shuttle to pick us up and drop us off at the station. I liked our Japanese looking room and breakfast and staff were very friendly. Out of the whole Beitou which I didn't like very much, this hotel was very nice and the location was great.

Our room wasn't very soundproof and I could hear people outside in the corridor. I also didn't like the hotel standard check in 7pm time even though we were allowed to check in early after 4pm - for us this was still late, as we didn't find much to do in Beitou. I went to the public spa on our arrival and it was quite full - in fact I had to wait to get in. I went for an early morning walk the next day, however, overall, I didn't think it was that amazing - I had to walk pass lots of ugly hotels first before I got to the outskirts where it was more interesting. The thermal valley was very nice though, as was the little temple near our hotel. I didn't like Beitou that much compare to other places we have been to in Taiwan. However, I think it was still good to stay there for a night so that I could enjoy the public spa at leisure and my early morning walk, as I would not want to walk around in the middle of the day when it's too hot to be outside.

Nous sommes arrivés avec 24h de retard car notre vol a été annulé à cause du typhon. L’hôtel a accepté de changer gratuitement notre réservation. Les commerces étaient fermés et nous sommes arrivés trempés avec plusieurs heures d’avance. Là aussi le personnel a été charmant. On nous a offert à manger et notre chambre nous a été donné plus rapidement que prévu. Très grand professionnalisme
