住客評價分析

• Cleanliness8.0

Mixed reports: several guests praised spotlessly clean rooms, but multiple mentions of issues (a cockroach, ants, humidity/stale smells, and occasional missed housekeeping) lower this score.

• Service9.8

Consistently excellent: numerous comments highlight very friendly, helpful and attentive staff, airport pickup, early check-in and helpful reception service.

• Location9.7

Outstanding: repeatedly noted as right in the Old Quarter, close to Hoan Kiem Lake, night market and attractions; many guests called the location perfect or great.

• Room Quality8.6

Generally good rooms and comfortable beds, with some negatives: noisy/too-strong air conditioning in some rooms, occasional poor window views, humidity or stale smells reported in a few rooms.

• Amenities8.5

Good but with caveats: breakfast and rooftop arrangements sometimes in a separate building or harder to access; facilities otherwise adequate though some guests noted older elevator/exterior.

• Value for Money8.5

Perceived as good value by many guests and recommended by several, though a few felt you get what you pay for and might consider paying a bit more for upgrades.

• Food and Beverage9.6

Strong positive sentiment: breakfasts repeatedly described as fantastic, wide selection and eggs made to order; takeaway breakfast option noted positively.

• Overall Experience9.3

Overall very positive stays: guests highlight helpful staff, great location and comfortable rooms, tempered slightly by occasional cleanliness or room-amenity issues.

Climatisation bruyante et beaucoup d’animation en bas de l’hôtel le week-end.
