The hotel is in an excellent location, right in downtown, offering beautiful views of the River Nile and the city. If possible, I would recommend requesting a Nile-view room. We were lucky to receive a complimentary upgrade to a room with an excellent view, which made our stay even more special. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, especially considering that it is an older property. Overall, we had a great stay and nothing much to complain about. I would happily recommend it. The best part: The pictures shown are genuine! The rooms look exactly as pictured, and the views are just as advertised. This is quite refreshing, especially compared to many other downtown Cairo hotels that seem to use AI-generated or heavily enhanced photos. What you see is genuinely what you get!

No atm, unsure if they use purified water for food preparation and iced drinks. Could have enjoyed more services of the hotel if that was clarified.

الغرفة بها بعض الاشياء اللتى تحتاج الى صيانة وراءحة هواء التكييف غير طيبة مما ينعكس على رائحة الغرفة والشبابيك غير عازلة للصوت بالدرجة الكافية والحمام به بعض الاشياء اللتى تحتاج الى صيانة

موظفي الاستقبال رائعين وخصوصا عمر وشيماء ومسؤولة العلاقات العامه كريستيناومديرة المطعم كانو في منتهى الذوق وهم متابعين لعملهم بدقه عاليه حيث انني قدمت شكوى وقامو بمتابعتهابسرعه شديده وحلها حيث اعتذرو عن الخطأ الذي حدث وقدمو لي وجبة غداء مجانيه والاهم من كل ذلك لطفهم وحسن تعاملهم
