The Hotel was staffed by friendly people. The pool was lovely to sit around. Definitely get a massage with Sheila; it was probably the best massage I've ever had and reasonably priced! Once my room cooled off (it was hot when I first arrived as you have to put your card in the slot for electric), it felt wonderful! The food at the hotel was excellent. The hotel was gated and secure. There was a cute store inside. The breakfast was excellent. I definitley recommend!

A large bottle (maybe a liter?) of water was priced pretty high - $8/bottle. More bottled water would have been nice to have in the room. We only had two smallish bottles the first night. The next night, they did give us four. But, as hot as it is in Nairobi, we had to buy more.

- Overpriced menu. Compared it to the airport hotel by Jombo, we were shocked by the prices on the menu. But we had no other choices and had to dine at the overpriced restaurant. - 12USD for a short shuttle ride. We expected an airport hotel will offer complimentary airport shuttle as the hotels by Jombo. And the front desk suggested us to leave 45mins before checkin started. We were surprised as the airport is just the other side of the road and that’s the reason we stayed at this hotel. The front desk said the traffics could be very bad. When we got on the shuttle, the driver was surprised that we left so early. He commented that the front desk sometimes doesn’t have the best knowledge on the traffic.

It was a good location given our flights in and out of Wilson. Bring associated with Carnivore is a plus. The staff are very welcoming and professional. Excellent value for money.
