住客評價分析

• Cleanliness5.0

Multiple reviews report filthy common areas and bathrooms, unpleasant odors, worn and dirty sinks/cups and overall poor hygiene — clear negative sentiment on cleanliness.

• Service10.0

Consistently praised: friendly, helpful volunteers and reception staff, welcoming even at late hours; service sentiment is strongly positive.

• Location9.5

Many guests note a very central location within walking distance of attractions and transport; a few mention the surrounding streets feel unsafe at night, but overall location is strong.

• Room Quality6.0

Mixed to negative: reports of worn mattresses, uncomfortable bunks, humidity and poor ventilation in some rooms, though some guests found beds comfortable — overall below-par room quality.

• Amenities9.5

Common areas repeatedly praised (large social space, games, instruments, table tennis) and luggage storage available; downside is limited bathroom facilities — overall amenities are a strong social draw.

• Value for Money9.2

Mixed views in reviews, but for budget/social travelers the hostel offers strong value thanks to facilities and staff; some guests felt facilities didn’t fully match price.

• Food and Beverage9.0

Breakfast described as modest but acceptable for hostel standard; some hygiene concerns (dirty cups) noted, but overall F&B is basic yet serviceable.

• Overall Experience9.0

Overall impression leans positive because of excellent staff, vibrant communal areas and central location, tempered by significant cleanliness and some safety/comfort issues.

Un baño no tenia tapa y los lockers son pequeños

Not much to be honest. Is nice the beds have a curtain and the common areas, and the girls that are at the front desk were the sweetest.

The photos look WAY better than it is. The beds are shaped (the middle is sunk), the fitted sheet is not fitted so it gets out, the lock from the rooms is very loud so you hear everytime someone comes in no matter what because it announces “it’s unlocked” since is with a code, you can also hear everything from downstairs and the street (in the 6 bed room) The bathroom doesn’t seem clean and smells bad because of the humidity, not even the paper holder works and is in another floor which is very inconvenient. The breakfast was okay is not “fabulous “ as is listed and the location is close to the center but to arrive at night it looks very shady, I wouldn’t stay more than one night I was surprised either the 8.1 value

The room wasn't confortable as the pictures promised, it was cramped, they only prived a sheet no duvet the mattress wasn't that confortable. Toilets and showers were downstairs, and it was very annoying going up and down during the night.

Beautiful interior, super friendly staff, great location
