• Cleanliness8.1

Mixed comments: several guests said the apartment was clean and well kept, but others noted a slightly dirty floor (problematic with a crawling baby), overflowing trash and occasional shortcomings in towel replacement.

• Service9.1

Generally praised: hosts (Cristina mentioned) were responsive, helpful with taxis and quick to communicate; overall attentive and friendly service reported.

• Location9.5

Consistently excellent: many reviews highlight a perfect central location, steps from a large supermarket, great for walking the historic centre and with superb views from the rooftop.

• Room Quality7.8

Mixed to negative points: rooms/apartments are spacious but several guests reported issues — noisy elevator/AC and nighttime noise, small shower/box for tall guests, lack of storage (cupboards), couch stains and one report of a windowless lounge.

• Amenities8.7

Good amenities: rooftop terrace, elevator, washing machine, kitchen and balcony noted positively. Some negatives: internet cut out for one stay, absence/visibility of a safe and noisy external AC unit.

• Value for Money8.0

Generally perceived as fair: several guests said the price matched the offering ('bien por el precio'), though one guest felt the price was unjustified — overall value is decent but not flawless.

• Food and Beverage8.7

Limited mentions but positive where noted: an excellent breakfast was reported by one reviewer; otherwise F&B not a major focus in reviews.

• Overall Experience8.9

Overall positive: many guests recommend the property, repeat visits are reported, highlighting location, space and the rooftop as standout features despite some noise and minor issues.

The terrace in our apartment offered a stunning view of the city. The location was super central, right in the heart of everything and within easy walking distance to all the main attractions

Spacious apartment with a lovely balcony. Plenty of room for 4 adults - good sized bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a good kitchen. Very central location
