Breakfast was lovely! I appreciated the fresh fruit in particular. Gorgeous historical building. We left our luggage and went to Guanajuato for a few nights and they kindly moved it into our room before we returned.

That said, the paid breakfast is delicious, so I definitely recommend trying it. This is a wonderful hotel with a charming character that harmonizes with the historic district's scenery. However, I would not recommend it to those expecting a modern hotel with state-of-the-art facilities. In the room where I stayed, I found many small ants around the sink and towels. Although insect-repellent bands are provided in the room, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who is particularly bothered by insects.

Multiple roof leaks during raining season blocking bathroom passway and also inside bathroom. Suggest fixing.
