Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming, always greeting guests with warm smiles and genuine care. A special thanks to Jieni, Andy, and Rubby for their outstanding assistance and kindness throughout our stay. I would especially like to recognize Jieni, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, smooth, and truly enjoyable. She also arranged our trip to Sapa with remarkable efficiency, attention to detail, and professionalism, making the entire process effortless and stress-free. Jieni is a shining example of exceptional hospitality and outstanding customer service. We sincerely wish we could find someone like Jieni in every hotel we visit!

I liked everything around

The staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough for you. They went out of their way in every way possible and were so happy that we were staying with them longer than most guests. Without a doubt, they were the highlight of the stay. The restaurant was very good when we mentioned that we had an allergy and ensured that we were safe. They even have a separate menu to order from at breakfast. The toilet had a bidet attachment which we hadn't experienced before but was a nice addition.

A few nights, we had some noisy neighbours who slammed their doors. Recommend that the hotel invests in some soft close doors and reminds guests to close doors quietly. However, rude guests appear to be a fixture at most hotels.

Noisy early morning as our balcony overlooked busy street. Rooms not facing street appeared to be quieter. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Breakfast and staff service at breakfast was very average.
