Olanaklar arasinda erken check in yazmasina ve extra ucret belirtilmemesine ragmen 2 saar erken check in rica ettigimizde yarim gun ucreti talep ettiler.

Nhân viên cực kì thiếu thân thiện. Mình có nhờ lễ tân nhờ ai đó ra cửa khách sạn để đón chị mình đang đi bộ trên đường Lê Lộ tìm khách sạn nhưng lễ tân từ chối thẳng thắn "đang trong thời gian check in check out nên không có ai ra ngoài đón được" trong khi lúc đó mới 13h. Check out là 12h và check in là 14h và chính lễ tân khẳng định 1 cách vô cảm "14h mới được nhận phòng". Never come back!
