Otele vardigimizda merdivenli yuksek bir girisi oldugunu gorduk karsilayan her hangi biri olmadi guclukle tasidiktan sonra yalnizca bir bellboyun oldugunu valizlerimiz icin beklememiz gerektigini soylediler kendimiz cikardik ki bu en basit problemmis. Oda cok bakimsiz temizlikten uzak. Banyoda sabun yoktu istedigimizde sampuani kullanabilecegimizi soylediler. Odada orumcek vardi. Alamadan yatak basina gizlendi. Sineklik yoktu bocek korkusundan cam acamadik. Sabah uyurken cok cok erken saatte housekeeping israrla temizlik icin kapiyi caldi🤷♀️ kapilar cok ses geçiriyordu koridorlarda anlamsiz saatlerde cocuk gurultulerine uyandik. Kahvalti berbat otesiydi diyebilirim o kadar kotu olmasina ragmen 9da eksilmis ve yenilenmemisti ki icimiz almadi hic bisey yemedik. Yani vietnamdaki en kotu deneyimimizdi diyebilirim. 2 farklı sehirde aksine cok guzel deneyimler yasadik. Olanaklar arasinda erken check in yazmasina ve extra ucret belirtilmemesine ragmen 2 saar erken check in rica ettigimizde yarim gun ucreti talep ettiler.

Nhân viên cực kì thiếu thân thiện. Mình có nhờ lễ tân nhờ ai đó ra cửa khách sạn để đón chị mình đang đi bộ trên đường Lê Lộ tìm khách sạn nhưng lễ tân từ chối thẳng thắn "đang trong thời gian check in check out nên không có ai ra ngoài đón được" trong khi lúc đó mới 13h. Check out là 12h và check in là 14h và chính lễ tân khẳng định 1 cách vô cảm "14h mới được nhận phòng". Never come back!
