When we arrived at the hotel, we saw a high entrance with stairs and no one to greet us. After struggling to carry our luggage, they told us we had to wait for a bellboy to take our bags, which turned out to be the simplest problem. The room was very neglected and far from clean. There was no soap in the bathroom, and when we asked, they said we could use shampoo. There was a spider in the room that hid near the bed before we could catch it. There was no mosquito net, so we couldn't open the window due to fear of bugs. In the morning, housekeeping insisted on cleaning very early, knocking on the door. The doors were very noisy, and we were woken up by children's noises at odd hours in the corridors. I can say the breakfast was beyond terrible, so bad that even though it was reduced at 9, it was not replenished, and we couldn't eat anything. So, I can say it was our worst experience in Vietnam. On the contrary, we had very good experiences in two different cities. Despite stating early check-in among the facilities and not specifying an extra charge, when we requested a 2-hour early check-in, they demanded half a day's fee.

Extremely unfriendly staff. I asked the receptionist to send someone out of the hotel to pick up my sister who was walking on Le Lo Street looking for the hotel, but the receptionist bluntly refused, saying 'we are in the check-in check-out time, so no one can go out to pick her up' even though it was only 1 pm. Check-out is at 12 pm and check-in is at 2 pm, and the receptionist coldly affirmed 'you can only check in at 2 pm'. Never come back!
