la lobby tutto sommato carina e ben arredata, anche il bar; molto utile l'idea della luggage room da aprire con chiave magnetica e con salottino e specchio. Sicuramente ottima posizione: vicino alla piazza del municipio da cui parte la metro e la via dello shopping(Stroget) e anche vicina a fermata treno e stazione centrale

Era un occasione importante, per cui ho prenotato una Suite: sono rimasta molto delusa dalla stanza, esteticamente niente di che, piccola, bagno minuscolo: o aprivo la porta della doccia o aprivo la porta del bagno (porta per altro in vetro fumè.. non so gli altri, ma io personalmente preferisco maggiore privacy e discrezione visto che la stanza è minuscola e dal water ero praticamente attaccata al letto!) unica nota plus (ovviamente per chi non ce l'ha già a casa come me) la vasca free stending accanto all'ingresso e il balconcino. Onestamente rispetto alle solite Superior dei Butique Hotel che prenoto per i miei viaggi l'ho trovata scadente per essere una suite aggiungo inoltre pulizie non esaustiva e un cattivo odore persistente ogni volta che entravamo a camera rifatta, credo a causa del tappeto\moquette sotto il letto colazione mediocre, con una scelta modesta e sempre identica nei 7 giorni di alloggio per quanto riguarda lo staff, praticamente invisibile. tranne i baristi, alla reception cordiali solo se chiedevo qualcosa, ma assolutamente freddi e distratti, quasi mai un saluto nei vari passaggi dalla lobby.. non so se si tratta di un modo di essere del nord Europa, o se semplicemente questi impiegati erano un po' refrattari a socializzare. In ogni caso per me non è un modo di fare adatto a una struttura ricettiva a 4 stelle.

Very convenient position in the centre of town, near the train station which was important for us as we were travelling by train. The main entrance to the hotel had a lot of character and original features. Our room was in the Wide section of the hotel (there are 4 parts to the hotel) which was a more modern building. The room was a good size. The bed was very comfortable and although we faced the main road there was triple glazing so when the windows were closed it was very quiet. In general it was very peaceful. A coffee machine in our room, a must for us! There was a safe, which we like to have when travelling. In general the staff were friendly and helpful. We did have an issue with our shower not draining, we spoke to staff and it was fixed by the time we returned to our room.

It was confusing on arrival as the hotel is a combination of 4 hotels all with different names. We had booked a room in the Ascot hotel, but we were actually placed in the Wide hotel, so the room did not match the description given when we booked. It would have been useful to know in advance that we might be placed in any of the 4 hotels. We received an e mail after we had already booked in explaining the set up of the hotel, but again, no explanation as to why our room was changed.
