A bit expensive

Very large room area appreciable and properly furnished: some steps, large bathroom, layout to make you forget the basement (illuminated windows in the bathroom, curtains everywhere (in front of the wall)...

Basement room: Only one small window was at a half-buried level, so very little light in the room. This could have been announced when handing over the keys. Moreover, this single window was very dirty.... Too bad! You can also hear a lot of noise from the corridor.

We had a heating issue; the room was overheated and it could not be stopped. So we spent the night with open windows towards a backyard with lots of noise during the night.

There was a concert every night right outside the window. Smells a bit heavy and 'old'

The breakfast was very good. The staff very friendly. The rooms were not particularly large, but clean. The location is great. And you can also rent bicycles directly at the hotel.

The hotel's own parking lot is very expensive, but there is a public parking garage 5 minutes away that is affordable.
