The pool area is nice and within the hotel, you have all the services you need. The buffet has many options and they tend to change it daily. The staff is usually attentive, in most cases. If you are looking to spend a few days eating and relaxing on the beach without leaving the hotel, this type of accommodation is what you need.

If you are looking to spend a few days eating and relaxing on the beach without leaving the hotel, this type of accommodation is what you need.
The all-inclusive package is EXPENSIVE for what they offer. It does not include many drinks, and in the restaurants other than the buffet, you have to make a reservation to go. The issue is that if you are not a Club Holiday member, you can only reserve on the same day, while Club members can do it 4 days in advance. So, if you go on the same day, even at 7 in the morning, you won't have a spot. The pool loungers are almost all reserved with flags by Club Holiday members. Everything is very much designed for Americans, not so much for European customers. Despite having an All-Inclusive bracelet, they ask for your room card all the time and make you sign a kind of "invoice" for the services. Upon arrival, they demand a credit card for a deposit of 300 dollars (and they do not inform you of this beforehand). Additionally, they deduct about 4 dollars per day for a tourist tax and if you do not ask to have it removed from the bill, they also charge you a donation to their foundation at the end. There is only one pool exclusively for adults, relaxation mode, but often children get in without the guard reprimanding them. The TV is outdated, one would expect a hotel of this category where there is nothing to do after 9 pm to have at least a smart TV. The bathroom is also a bit outdated. We found a cockroach in the room on the second day and beyond coming to clean it, they did not offer any gesture for the incident (again, we are talking about a 5-star hotel).
