One pool was closed.
The food at the La Veranda buffet is excellent, and the one at the Hacienda Sisal restaurant, which is outside the hotel but included with a reservation, is a must, of high quality. The service at the pool bars is also excellent. The room is huge and beautiful.

I liked everything, I could only say that there wasn't much entertainment. There were yoga and gym classes in the morning and some bingo in the afternoon, but very small. At night, there wasn't much, some days a show, but nothing to get moving. It is more of a hotel to rest.

We don't know what happened with the Sands pool, it was closed for almost three days
