The only things we liked were the beautiful main hall and the nice location. Other than that, there was nothing we particularly liked.

The room was extremely small, and the TV was not a smart TV. Although we had requested a double bed, the hotel took too long to respond, and our request was ultimately not accommodated. The complimentary coffee was terrible, and breakfast was overpriced.

The most dissatisfying experience ever in my life. 1. I was left locked outside my room for 1:30 h. due to failure of the batteries at the keyboard that unlocks every room. I lost my business meeting that day due to nonexistent help on site and I had to wait so much until a technician came and changed the batteries at the keyboard. 2. The room was filthy and had a spider web as I attach in the photos 3. After my stay they sent me an email charging me over 200 euros with the accusation that the room wasn’t clean enough after my stay. ( they don’t clean the room, only after one week of staying there). The WORST experience in my life DONT VISIT THIS PLACE

Ho soggiornato per 4 notti. la politica dell'hotel è pulire ogni 7 giorni quindi non hanno mai pulito. Considero che sia un tempo troppo lungo per non avere neanche un passaggio veloce di pulizia delle superfici.
