・室温の調整ができず、最高温度に上げても24度まで ・壁が薄いのか、上の部屋のシャワーの排水音が聞こえた ・ホテルに入ってもフロントのようなものがなく、全て5桁の暗証番号を用いてホテル入場、エレベーター利用部屋の入場. 1階にあるエッセンシャルルーム、バスタオルなどを取りに行くところもパスワードが必要 ・聞きたいことがあっても、メッセージへの返答はすぐ来ない.対応する時間が決まっているよう ・掃除が来ないので、使ったホテルが部屋にどんどん溜まり、不衛生　　 :ティッシュペーパーはなかった

I did not like this property.

You enter a dim and deserted building with no staff or reception desk. There was nothing in the listing to show this was a staffless fake hotel and I partly blame Booking.com for that. This wasn’t even a budget friendly place. There are plenty of real hotels in the area. I suggest going to one of them if you’re visiting Brussels. My personal information was leaked and I got phishing emails due to this booking. Bad experience overall.

The room had windows opening onto an indoor courtyard, which one was not allowed to open. No natural light, no fresh air. In five nights there, housekeeping didn't come even once to clean the room.
