One of the lights in our room wasn't working which made it impossible to see what I was doing, so had to use a torch.

All a 4-star [I don't know by what criteria they have assigned] without a reference point. With dirty and dusty carpets deadly for allergic subjects, bathroom without a window with a fan that didn't pull well. It is important to know that cleaning is done once a week without changing towels...........
