A good location midtown Manhattan. Close to sightseeing, shopping and central transit access. It was a convenient hotel for a family of 5, with access to 6 beds. Loved the staff's hospitality and a big plus for the water dispenser and the free daily fruit.

The only thing worth mentioning about the hotel is its location, but this alone does not justify the price. Special mention should also be made of the “jack-of-all-trades” guy, who was always there with a smile on his face, helping whenever needed, as well as the woman who was responsible for cleaning the floor.

The price is not justified by the hotel’s location alone, but also by the services it provides. In this regard, the room we had booked several months in advance for five people was not practical when the sofa bed was unfolded. There were towels for only four people. The hotel has 25 floors, but only one of the two elevators was operational, which resulted in queues of more than 10 minutes during peak hours. On the last day of our stay, the only available elevator was taken out of service “for maintenance,” which meant having to walk up and down to the 19th floor (where our room was) several times. The reception staff seemed unmotivated, unfriendly, and communication was kept to a minimum. The only people we found genuinely friendly were the guy who seems to be the hotel’s “jack-of-all-trades” and is always there with a smile on his face, and the woman who was responsible for cleaning our floor. The rest of the staff were rather poor in terms of customer service. The breakfast was limited and of poor quality. The waffles were hard as rocks and were practically inedible.

The kift was not working, the room was not made for 2 dats, there is hardly any ground staff , more than a hotel it felt like an Inn, the kind of mony you guys charge , and the quality odlf service that you give is really very poor

Manque d'ascenseur : 24 étages et un seul étages pour tous les clients. Il faut prendre son mal en patience.... personnel non aimable qui n'explique rien....ils.m'ont prélevé deux fois la somme ce qui équivaut à 2 nuits alors que j'ai fais qu'une nuit !!!! À FUIR !!!!!!!!!!!
