Noise, too much traffic noise to sleep. We requested to move from 12th floor to 25th but still so noisy

The hotel made a mistake and cancelled my prepaid reservation and kept another one (not paid) that someone else had booked (there was an event in the hotel and the organisers had booked rooms for the participants independently of other bookings they might have). This resulted in “no show fee” of 460 usd even if the guest was in the hotel, and another full payment for the other reservation that they checked the guest upon. Basically the hotel cancelled a prepaid reservation and made the guest pay twice.

Ubicado de forma inmejorable. Central Park a 20 min caminando tranquilamente. times Square a 7-8 min. Metro muy cerca (2 min) y todo tipo de restaurantes. Muy recomendable
