There was only one working lift, the breakfast wasn’t great and the whole building was covered in scaffolding The one working lift was constantly full of housekeeping staff so we had to use the stairs

A bit pricey, only one lift was working so the waiting time was long, windows are not soundproof, you heard all notice from the street (I was at 19th floor), half of rooftop terrace was used like a storage and looks messy
