⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing experience. I have been waiting for my refund for a long time, and despite providing all the requested documents and contacting both the hotel and my bank, I still have not received my money. Communication has been slow, and I keep getting delays without a clear resolution or timeline. This has been very frustrating and has caused unnecessary stress. I expected much better customer service from Hyatt. I hope they resolve this issue immediately, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel until they improve how they handle refund cases.

We went to Hyatt for the first time and our expectations were high. The resort is exceptional and the staff is amazing. While there are things that need some improvement, the staff was receptive and quick to fix them. The location is great as it is only a 5 minute Uber ride to Zona Romántica. Safety is great here as well and never felt unsafe. There are enough restaurants and you don't need to make dinner reservations, which is great. Downside is if you go to the most popular restaurant your wait will be greater. Staff was great, especially the ala carte cooks in the Vivaz buffet whose great personality and delicious seasoning keep us coming back. There were a few glitches, which I've made the hotel aware of. Overall they are extremely responsive to any needs. Not the best for couples. It is ideal for a family though. Definitely recommend and we would return.

This resort is so amazing! The community the staff shares there is incredible! My family and I had the pleasure of meeting Leo, Karolyn, and Javier who made the experience so much more enjoyable! They are so fun and the entertainment they bring is unforgettable!

Beautiful private beach with cliffs Great ocean for chilling. Very smooth waves. Beautiful views from beach, pool, and room. GREAT staff at every level from hostess to servers and front desk. Very welcoming. Great entertainment staff. So much fun with volleyball and foam party!

The staff at the Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta make the gorgeous location and facilities truly perfect! Having a great view is one thing, feeling like you are at home among friends is another! We will never forget our time here!
