They need to do better about cleaning the toilet. Restaurant staff need to do better when it comes to introducing or explaining their services. I was waiting at the table for someone to come serve me but no one did. No one explained that they were not ready to serve diner yet, even though it was past 8PM.

Refund Request – Misleading Listing, Poor Conditions, and Manager’s Refund Promise I am requesting Booking.com’s assistance in obtaining a refund for the four nights I did not stay at this property. I do not understand why Booking.com does not clearly advertise this property as a military facility. If I had known beforehand that this was a military-style property with security checkpoints, strict entry procedures, and very limited privacy, I would never have booked it. This is important information that should be clearly disclosed to customers before they make a reservation. The property itself was also extremely disappointing. It was not clean or properly maintained. There was visible dirt throughout the property, including on the floors, walls, and ceilings. The actual condition of the property was completely different from what was shown in the pictures on Booking.com. The pictures appear to be outdated and seem like they may have been taken when the property first opened. They do not accurately represent what the property looks like today. The security procedures were also excessive and uncomfortable. Anyone dropping off a guest is required to provide personal information and a driver’s license. The way security personnel interact with drivers is not welcoming. As a guest, I was also questioned whenever I returned to the property and asked where I was going and what my room number was. There is essentially no sense of privacy. The entire experience feels more like entering a military installation than staying at a hotel. The Wi-Fi was also extremely poor. The internet connection was unreliable and made it difficult to use the service normally. This was another major problem during my stay and added to the overall poor experience. The breakfast was also very disappointing. The same food was served almost every day, and the quality was poor. The food did not appear fresh, and the overall breakfast was far below what I expected based on the property’s...
