They need to do better about cleaning the toilet. Restaurant staff need to do better when it comes to introducing or explaining their services. I was waiting at the table for someone to come serve me but no one did. No one explained that they were not ready to serve diner yet, even though it was past 8PM.

The hotel is excellent from the receptionist to the cleanliness of the rooms. Mrs. Najlaa and her team are all cooperative and make you feel like the only guest.
