Opiniones de los huéspedes
- Cleanliness7.5
Generally praised as clean and comfortable in many reviews, but several guests reported issues (stained duvet, someone else's soap left in shower, damp clothes on packing) indicating occasional lapses.
- Service9.0
Consistently described as very friendly and helpful by multiple guests; a few found staff efforts insincere, but overall service sentiment is strongly positive.
- Location9.0
Frequently praised for being central, near main attractions, park and esplanade access; some noise from traffic and nearby hospitals and one comment about being slightly further from the Esplanade than desired.
- Room Quality8.0
Rooms noted as comfortable and spacious with comfy beds and good showers; some negatives include a stained duvet for one guest and occasional dampness reported when packing.
- Amenities7.0
Good amenities noted (spa/pool, complimentary parking, attached restaurant/cafe), but recurring issues: spa temperature problems, missing sink in kitchenette (dishes washed in bathroom), broken fixtures, and no phone in room/lobby or bar.
- Value for Money7.0
Mixed sentiment: some guests call it good value, but several strongly complained that 'breakfast included' was only a $20 voucher (insufficient for the cafe), leading to unexpected extra charges.
- Food and Beverage7.0
Goose cafe vouchers were praised when sufficient and the cafe itself received positive comments, but the $20 voucher policy and the clarification that the hotel restaurant may not be run by the hotel caused notable dissatisfaction.
- Overall Experience9.5
Overall impressions skew positive due to location, comfortable beds and helpful staff; however, several specific operational and cleanliness issues produced mixed experiences for some guests.
