Ressenti des voyageurs
- Cleanliness8.0
Generally described as clean (review noted 'Propre'), but room maintenance issues — freezer/minibar heavily frosted and leaking and an old microwave required defrosting — lowered this score slightly.
- Service9.2
Multiple reviews praise staff friendliness and attentive reception (including warm welcome for pets). One guest reported no response to email and issues with cancellation/refund, but overall service was consistently described as very good.
- Location9.4
Several guests highlighted a very good, quiet and well-located property ('super bien ubicado', 'The location was good'), making location a clear strength.
- Room Quality7.4
Rooms were described as sparse and lacking small amenities (no glass for water, no dog bowl provided). Combined with appliance issues (old microwave, frosted minibar) this reduces the room quality score.
- Amenities8.6
Large pool and attractive gardens are praised, and grounds are lovely; however pet restrictions at the pool and missing small in-room amenities for pets/guests (dog bowl, glasses) temper the rating.
- Value for Money7.8
Some guests found the hotel overpriced for what was offered and complained about high nightly pet charges and booking/child-charging discrepancies, lowering perceived value.
- Food and Beverage8.4
Standard quality for this hotel tier (not mentioned in the reviews).
- Overall Experience8.4
Generally positive stay: calm, family- and pet-oriented atmosphere with lovely grounds and helpful staff, but tempered by some room/amenity and booking/payment issues.
