This is the worst Hostel Experience iver eve seen on my entire travel..

Receptionist are rude specially the male attendant. As soon as we arrived since we are 5 persons will avail the accommodation they start to ask information as per their standard i guess.. but whe we try to check the room that they will give us the room is completely mess the bunk bed is not even safe to sleep and cleaniness is very poor that thats why we change our mind upon seeing it.. and after that the mood completely change especially with the very rude male attendant. So we suggest to cancel the booking and better to look for a good one. As soon as we step back the male attendant start to yell at us.. i never seen a worst attitude on my entire travel experience than the male reception.. i dont know why they are allowing him to work with them as he dont reflect the values of the establishment specially the country.. he is very rude to us. He even shout to everyone and made us feel that he own us. When we we are about to leaved he is pushing us all out and try to make us feel uncomfortable. As a tourist and a client who want to avail accomodation they shouldnt treat people badly.. Worst come to Worst the male attendant screeming and shout at us and tell us that he will call police if we dont move out from their gate as we are waiting only our booked taxi so we can formally move out as if we do something wrong to him. We understand the why he change attitude it because we supposed to be a potential income but he shouldnt treat people like badly thats the main reason why we cancel the entire booking.. I wish not everyone will experience it.. attitude wise of the employee are very poor it represent the entire establishment.. such
