This is the worst Hostel Experience I've ever seen in my entire travel.

This is the worst Hostel Experience I've ever seen in my entire travel.

Receptionists are rude, especially the male attendant. As soon as we arrived, since we are 5 persons availing the accommodation, they started to ask for information according to their standards, I guess. But when we tried to check the room they would give us, the room was completely messy, the bunk bed was not even safe to sleep on, and the cleanliness was very poor. That's why we changed our minds upon seeing it. And after that, the mood completely changed, especially with the very rude male attendant. So we suggested canceling the booking and looking for a better one. As soon as we stepped back, the male attendant started yelling at us. I have never seen a worse attitude in all my travel experiences than the male receptionist. I don't know why they allow him to work with them as he does not reflect the values of the establishment, especially the country. He is very rude to us. He even shouts at everyone and makes us feel like he owns us. When we were about to leave, he pushed us all out and tried to make us feel uncomfortable. As a tourist and a client who wants to avail accommodation, they shouldn't treat people badly. Worst of all, the male attendant screamed and shouted at us, telling us that he would call the police if we didn't move out from their gate, as we were only waiting for our booked taxi so we could formally leave, as if we had done something wrong to him. We understand why he changed his attitude; it's because we were supposed to be a potential income, but he shouldn't treat people so badly. That's the main reason why we canceled the entire booking. I hope not everyone will experience it. The employees' attitudes are very poor; they represent the entire establishment. Such
