The location of the hotel is perfect. 30 minutes walking till Hagia Sophia or 5 minutes till tram station. The room was big enough and the beds very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. If you come by car they help yoi parking it...25 euros per night. I also liked the view from the restaurant which is situated at the 7th floor. The breakfast was ok. They also have a restaurant down stairs and the food is excellent.

Well there was a smell at the bathroom ...

Muy buena ubicación, al lado del metro y muy cerca del tranvía. Muchas tiendas y restaurantes en la misma calle, el personal amabilísimo: botones, recepción, encargada de desayuno… un gusto que te traten tan bien. Habitaciones de buen tamaño con camas, cómodas y botellas de agua de cortesía. Las vistas desde el desayuno y la piscina son muy agradables. Desayuno correcto,aunque la sala es pequeña y si está muy lleno es un poco caótico. El hamman es de pago pero merece la pena.

El restaurante de la última planta tiene buenas vistas, pero me pareció caro y era ruidoso y muy oscuro.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt und waren rundum zufrieden! Das Hotel hat eine wirklich tolle Lage, alles war gut erreichbar. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das unglaublich freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Alle waren sehr herzlich und aufmerksam. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team. Wir waren zum zweiten Mal dort und würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
