Apart from a few members of the front desk team and two people from Guest Relations, we were extremely disappointed with the overall experience at this hotel. Although the location is convenient, the hotel is clearly in need of renovation and the condition of the property does not live up to the standard we expected. We were initially given a smoking room, even though we are non-smokers, and the room strongly smelled of cigarette smoke. We requested to change rooms, and unfortunately, the second room we were given had no way to open the shutters/blinds, meaning we were essentially in the dark. The bed was also broken and therefore tilted, which made it very uncomfortable. The shower was in poor condition and clearly needs to be redone, with extremely poor finishing throughout the bathroom. The staff are very kind, friendly and helpful, but unfortunately this does not make up for the overall condition of the hotel. The property really needs significant renovation work. The facilities, including the swimming pool, are also not at the level advertised by the hotel and do not match the photos shown on Booking.com. Overall, we were very disappointed with our stay and feel that the hotel does not currently live up to the standard it presents online.

Heel druk, ik had inclusief ontbijt geboekt maar ben maar 2 keer geweest. Heel chaotisch. De kamer werd maar 1 keer schoongemaakt, de ene keer zei ik dat het niet hoefde maar de volgende dag werd er niks gedaan. Op zn mimar verwacht je dat handoeken worden verwisseld.

The only area for improvement would be the swimming pool. It could be better, especially the water temperature, which was extremely cold. Other than that, everything was great. Thank you for the lovely hospitality!
