WE BOOKED FOR 3 NIGH ON APP 16TH JULY 19TH WHEN WE ARRIVE6 AND SPOKE WITH CECE SHE ASKED WHAT TIME WE WERE CHECKING OUT WHENWE ASKED IF POSSIBLE FOR 4 .30PM TOLAD WE WOULD HAVE TO PAY ZANOTHER DAY WE AGREED PAID £1,120 ECD DOLLARS CAME BACK 3.30 BEARING IN MIND WED PSID FOR THE DAY TO FIND OUR BELONGING THROWN IN ANOTHER ROOM SND 2 GENTLEMAN ASLEEP IN THE BEDS AT THE TIME WE PSID KEPT SAYING WOULD BRING RECIPT NEVER THEN WAS ADAMSNT WE DIDNT PAY EXTRA THE INTERNET NEVER WORKED OR TELLY AS APARTMENT IN BASEMENT YOU STEP OUT OFF SHOWER NOAT ON TO TILES I ARRIVED HOME MY TOILETRIES AND PERFE NOT IN CASE ITS CARNIVAL WEEKEND I BELIEVE THE PEOPLE IN BED SHE DOUBLE BOOKED THINLING WE OF LEFT BY THEN IN RESLITY WE PAID FOR DZY BUT SHE KNEW WE WERE TRAVELLING 20.15 PM I TRAVEL TO ST LUCIA EVERY YEAR AND NEVER HAD PROBLEMS .UNACCEPTABLE ITS A GP SURGERY ABOVE AND FAMILY HOME.

No Internet television and facilities very poor

There was no Breakfast. The place is just a dump. I think you website should audit your locations. We checked ibn at about 1;00pm left the location about an hour after to shop some groceries. Came back about three hours with our groceries ready to cook, and is then we find out there are no utensils. Reported the matter however when management appeared we informed them that we were not satisfied and moving out. The Manager still had the audacity to hold back $100us dollarsof my money

The location was not prepared and should not be on the Booking.com site. The place was not cleaned prior to my arrival. The location is advertised as an Apartment, but there were no Kitchen Utensils in the cupboards. And to compound matters the toilet started to back up. Also its advertised with a porch, but it is not useable.
