WE BOOKED FOR 3 NIGHTS ON APP 16TH JULY 19TH. WHEN WE ARRIVED AND SPOKE WITH CECE, SHE ASKED WHAT TIME WE WERE CHECKING OUT. WHEN WE ASKED IF POSSIBLE FOR 4:30 PM, WE WERE TOLD WE WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR ANOTHER DAY. WE AGREED, PAID £1,120 ECD DOLLARS. CAME BACK AT 3:30 PM, BEARING IN MIND WE PAID FOR THE DAY, TO FIND OUR BELONGINGS THROWN IN ANOTHER ROOM AND 2 GENTLEMEN ASLEEP IN THE BEDS. AT THE TIME WE PAID, KEPT SAYING WOULD BRING RECEIPT, NEVER DID. THEN WAS ADAMANT WE DIDN'T PAY EXTRA. THE INTERNET NEVER WORKED, NOR THE TV AS THE APARTMENT IS IN THE BASEMENT. WHEN YOU STEP OUT OF THE SHOWER, YOU STEP ONTO TILES. I ARRIVED HOME, MY TOILETRIES AND PERFUME NOT IN CASE. IT'S CARNIVAL WEEKEND. I BELIEVE THE PEOPLE IN BED WERE DOUBLE BOOKED, THINKING WE HAD LEFT BY THEN. IN REALITY, WE PAID FOR THE DAY BUT SHE KNEW WE WERE TRAVELLING. 20:15 PM I TRAVEL TO ST. LUCIA EVERY YEAR AND NEVER HAD PROBLEMS. UNACCEPTABLE. IT'S A GP SURGERY ABOVE AND A FAMILY HOME.

No Internet television and facilities very poor

There was no Breakfast. The place is just a dump. I think your website should audit your locations. We checked in at about 1:00 PM, left the location about an hour after to shop for some groceries. Came back about three hours later with our groceries ready to cook, and then we found out there were no utensils. We reported the matter; however, when management appeared, we informed them that we were not satisfied and moving out. The Manager still had the audacity to hold back $100 US dollars of my money.

The location was not prepared and should not be on the Booking.com site. The place was not cleaned prior to my arrival. The location is advertised as an Apartment, but there were no Kitchen Utensils in the cupboards. And to compound matters, the toilet started to back up. Also, it's advertised with a porch, but it is not usable.
